The new website of London-based IT recruiting and outsourced services company Winston Taylor, went live today. The account was won by D'zine, after a multi-agency pitch, in which the client saw a future partnership with us after presenting an integrated design, lead generation and applicant processing approach.

Beyond re-positioning and branding Winston Taylor, the website's was also integrated with a 3rd party application ZOHO Recruit. This SAAS application, manages the entire recruitment process or cycle. Right from job posting, capturing online application data from potential candidates and applicant tracking, to fixing interview appointments and scheduling meetings with candidates. The application also allows candidates to apply to Winston Taylor directly and store their resumes online.

The elegance and innovation of integration executed by the D'zine team, so impressed the folks at ZOHO, that this will be featured on their website as an example of excellence to emulate.
