The Showcase area
Car models are showcased with an interactive photo and video gallery, full features list, technical specifications, finance and personalisation options. The CAP database has been integrated with the website. This third party database contains information on all the cars available in the UK market and virtually every car that has been manufactured. CAP data has been successfully integrated with the websites' functionality, to make available comprehensive information for users. A user can print the details or download the same information in a pdf format for later reference.
Ecommerce
The website is prepped and ready for online transactions. Linked with the SagePay Payment gateway, a user can pay for services received from the company online or even place a deposit for a car online.
Customer Contact
A visitor to the website can talk to Clive Sutton directly through the LivePerson live chat facility on the website or request a callback. As a matter of fact, in the first 2 months of the website going live 2 cars were sold through the live chat facility. The website also has a Car Alert system which an interested user can use to receive email alerts whenever a car of a specific brand is available for sale.
Website Maintenance
The website is developed using our very own BrewMaster CMS on the PHP platform. The CMS has been customised to accommodate some very specific needs of the luxury car business.
Lead Management
Then, there is an integrated Lead Management System (LMS) that captures and displays a variety of leads that are generated by and through the website. Using this system members of the sales team can track, follow and even close leads online. This module is also linked to a SMS gateway that enables site managers to generate, set and auto-fire reminder through an SMS sent to the sales persons' mobile number.
